Which documents are needed to pick up a rental car?

You will need your national identification card or any valid government-issued ID to pick up a rental car.

What is included in the rental charges?

Our rental charges include full insurance coverage for the car for the duration of the rental period.

Can I rent a specific car model?

Yes, you can rent any specific car model that is currently available on our website.

Can I change my booking and do I have to pay a cancellation fee?

Yes, you can change your booking. There is no cancellation fee as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I cross borders with my rental car?

No, our rental cars cannot be driven outside of Mexico.

Can I rent the car at one place and drop it off at another station?

Yes, you can, but only within the designated locations that we have specified.
